Phoebe Ngan is the Data Analyst on the Statistics Team.

Ms. Ngan joined ICSID in August 2015 as a paralegal on one of the Case Management Teams, and later became a member of the Statistics Team. Since October 2025, Ms. Ngan has been the Data Analyst, providing data analysis and support for the publication of ICSID Caseload Statistics.

Prior to joining ICSID, she worked as a Staff Assistant with the International Monetary Fund.

Ms. Ngan holds degrees from the George Washington University (M.A.) and IE University (MBA), and a Certificate of Data Analytics from Cornell University.

She speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, and has intermediate knowledge of French.
