Anita Chen is the Executive Assistant to the Secretary-General of ICSID.

Ms. Chen joined ICSID in February 2016 as a Legal Assistant.

Prior to joining ICSID, she worked as a Team Assistant at the World Bank Institute, then as a Program Assistant/Transaction Specialist with the Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarships Program.

Ms. Chen holds a degree from Washington University in St. Louis (B.A.).

She speaks English, conversational Mandarin, and is learning French.
