​The hearing on the merits in Lone Pine Resources Inc. v. Canada (ICSID Case No. UNCT/15/2) is scheduled to take place before a three-member arbitral tribunal from Monday, October 2, 2017 through Friday, October 13, 2017.

This case has been initiated under Chapter Eleven of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the UNCITRAL Rules. It is administered by ICSID.

The hearing will be open to the public on Monday, October 2, 2017 through Friday October 13, 2017 from 09:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EDT (including Monday October 9, 2017), except for those parts involving confidential information. It will be broadcast in the languages used by the parties (without interpretation) in the "Greco room" (9th floor) of the Arbitration Place located at Bay Adelaide Centre - 333 Bay Street, Suite 900, M5H 2R2, Toronto, Canada.
