How can arbitration practitioners prepare and remain relevant in a multi-polar world with evolving global and regional crises? From cybersecurity to humanitarian and environmental law—what expertise is required for the cases of tomorrow?

This conference, co-hosted by Young ICSID, ICC YAAF, and ICDR Y&I, will address those questions by:

  • Taking stock of key global developments—including pandemics, climate change, armed conflict, and artificial intelligence.
  • Assessing the implications for commercial and investment arbitration.
  • Asking how counsel and arbitrators should remain relevant in the face of these global trends and related disputes.
