A hearing on expedited objections in the above-captioned case is scheduled to take place before a three-member arbitral Tribunal from Sunday, September 3, 2017 to Wednesday, September 6, 2017.

It will be transmitted live via internet feed, pursuant to Article 10.21(2) of the United States-Panama Trade Promotion Agreement (TPA), and Section 21.6 of the Tribunal's Procedural Order No. 1 dated July 11, 2017.
