ICSID Model Clauses

ICSID will shortly be publishing updated model clauses for arbitration, mediation, conciliation and fact-finding, in the three official languages of the Centre.

Pending finalization of all the documents, an advance copy of the ICSID Model Arbitration Clauses in English can be accessed here.

The prior version of ICSID’s model arbitration and conciliation clauses was drafted in 1993, and published to ICSID’s website in 1998.  These can be seen here:
