​ICSID wishes to congratulate Felipe Mutis Téllez, a candidate for the LL.M. in International Dispute Resolution and Management at the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy, University of Dundee, in the United Kingdom, as the winner of the 2012 ICSID Review—Foreign Investment Law Journal Student Writing Competition. Mr. Téllez's paper "Conditions and Criteria for the Protection of Legitimate Expectations under International Investment Law" will be published in the Fall 2012 issue of the ICSID Review.
