On August 3, 2018, ICSID published extensive proposals to modernize its dispute settlement rules. The proposals are available on the ICSID website in English, French and Spanish, and summaries have also been prepared in Chinese, Russian and Arabic. In the period since, the ICSID Secretariat has received numerous comments on the proposals, and wishes to thank those who have taken the time to do so. The Secretariat also takes this opportunity to remind stakeholders that the deadline for providing written comments on the proposed amendments is approaching. These can be sent to icsidideas@worldbank.org by December 28^th. All comments received from the public will be published on the ICSID website.
