The case concerns a railroad concession contract in the Republic of Guatemala. Procedural details of the case are available here.

The live streaming was made available pursuant to Article 10.21.2 of the Dominican Republic-Central America-United States Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA), with full support from the parties.

The oral proceedings were webcast in Spanish and English, the procedural languages chosen by the parties.
