The hearing was held at the seat of the Centre in Washington, D.C. The case concerns a mining enterprise in the Republic of El Salvador. Procedural details of the case are available here.

The live streaming was made available pursuant to Article 10.21.2 of the Dominican Republic-Central America-United States Free Trade Agreement (DR-CAFTA-US), with full support from the disputing parties.
