The Arbitration Committee of the International Bar Association ("IBA") has issued various practice rules and guidelines for arbitration that are frequently consulted in international arbitration.  The IBA is currently conducting a survey canvassing arbitration users, practitioners, scholars, and institutions around the world about the use of these practice rules and guidelines, specifically: the IBA Rules on the Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration (2010), the IBA Guidelines on Party Representation in International Arbitration (2013) and the IBA Guidelines on Conflicts of Interest in International Arbitration (2014).

Please assist this project by completing the brief survey, which can be accessed at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/IBAGuidelines.  The IBA ask that you complete the survey promptly as the response deadline of November 1, 2015, is quickly approaching.
