On May 14, 2015, ​ICSID, in collaboration with the American Society of International Law, hosted the launch of a new book titled “Ethics in International Arbitration” by Catherine A. Rogers. The event included a panel discussion on current ethical issues examined in the book: arbitrator ethics, counsel ethics, issue conflicts in investor-State arbitration and ethical issues relating to third party funding. In addition to the author of the book, the panel included Ms. Catherine Amirfar, Judge Charles N. Brower, Prof. John R. Crook and Prof. Horacio A. Grigera Naón, with ICSID Team Leader Martina Polasek as moderator.
