The Tribunal in Worth Capital Holdings 27 LLC v. Republic of Peru (ICSID Case No. ARB/20/51) invites any person or entity that is not a disputing party in this arbitration to apply to the Tribunal by December 5, 2022, for permission to file a written submission as an amicus curiae, in accordance with Article 10.20.3 of the Trade Promotion Agreement United States – Peru, in force since February 1, 2009 (the “TPA”).

Pursuant to Article 10.20.3 of the TPA, “[e]ach submission shall identify the author and any person or entity that has provided or will provide any financial or other assistance in preparing the submission.”
