The first part of a hearing on jurisdiction, merits and quantum in the above case is scheduled to take place before a three-member arbitral tribunal starting on Monday, February 24 through Friday, February 28, 2020.

Pursuant to Article 10.21(2) of the United States-Panama Trade Promotion Agreement (TPA), and Section 20.6 of the Tribunal's Procedural Order No. 1 dated June 21, 2017, the parties have agreed that the hearing will be open to the public every day approximately between 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (EST) except for the parts involving confidential information. It will be broadcasted in English in Conference room MC C1-110 (C1 level) of the World Bank Main Complex Building (MC) located at 700 18^th Street N.W., Washington, D.C.
