October 25, 1974	Following appointment by the Claimant, Elihu Lauterpacht (British) accepts his appointment as arbitrator.
November 8, 1974	The Claimant files a request for the Chairman of the Administrative Council to appoint the arbitrators not yet appointed pursuant to Article 38 of the ICSID Convention.
December 13, 1974	Following appointment by the Chairman of the Administrative Council, Jørgen Trolle (Danish) accepts his appointment as presiding arbitrator.
December 14, 1974	Following appointment by the Chairman of the Administrative Council, Fuad Rouhani (Iranian) accepts his appointment as arbitrator.
