2021 Tokyo Forum on Dispute Resolution, Session 2

From 7 - 8 December 2021, UNCITRAL, ICSID, and the Ministry of Justice of Japan jointly held the 2021 Tokyo Forum on Dispute Resolution under the theme of "Enhancing the Principles of Dispute Resolution in the Digital Economy". This is a video recording of Session 2, in which the topic “ICSID Rules Amendment and investor-State disputes in the digital era” was discussed.
