A Hearing on Annulment in the above case is scheduled to take place on the premises of the Madrid Court of Arbitration (Madrid) from June 12 to 13, 2025.

In accordance with Section IV of the Tribunal’s Transparency Rules of August 29, 2019, issued in the original proceeding and applying mutatis mutanda to the annulment proceeding, the hearings shall be made public, except for those parts involving confidential information. The video recordings of the annulment hearing will be posted on the ICSID website as soon as possible after the Hearing.
