A hearing on jurisdiction in the above-referenced case is scheduled to take place from 19 to 21November 2025. 

Pursuant to Article 11.25.2 of the FTA between Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico and Nicaragua, the hearing shall be open to the public, except for those parts involving protected information.
