A hearing on jurisdiction, merits and quantum in the above case is scheduled to take place in Spanish at the seat of the Centre in Washington, D.C. from July 7 to 12, 2025.

Pursuant to Article 12.24 of the Free Trade Agreement between the Republic of Colombia and the Republics of El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras of August 9, 2007, the hearing shall be open to the public . Video recordings of the Hearing will be posted on the ICSID Website as soon as possible after the hearing.
