The Young ITA Panel event was hosted at the Washington, DC offices of Paul Hastings. The discussion covered a range of issues related to diversity is in the fields of arbitration, development and diplomacy, and included speakers from diverse professional backgrounds - Celeste Mowatt of ICSID, Soledad Peña Plaza from the diplomatic community and María Cecilia Alvarez Bollea of the Inter-American Development Bank, moderated by Young ITA North America Co-Chair, Alejandro Martínez de Hoz (International Counsel, Paul Hastings LLP).
