On May 20, 2024, took place Young ICSID’s, ICC YAAF’s and ICDR Young & International’s joint event “Everything, Everywhere, All At once” – How can arbitration practitioners rise to global challenges.”
The event, held in connection with the Triple Colloquium, was moderated by Justin M. Jacinto (Partner, Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP) and touched upon issues such as how can arbitration practitioners prepare and remain relevant in a multi-polar world, and how do law firms adapt and make new practices operative.
Speakers Cherine Foty (Associate, Covington & Burling LLP), Katie Hyman (Partner, Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP), and Vivasvat Dadwal (Associate, King & Spalding LLP) brought together their respective perspectives in the fields of ESF disputes, cybersecurity, and space law.
