​The ICSID Secretariat will be offering its' one-day primer on practice and procedure in ICSID Convention Arbitration in Spanish. The course will take place in Bogota, Colombia on Tuesday, December 7, 2010. Four of ICSID’s expert counsel will take the participants through the workings of the ICSID system and assist them in understanding the process at each stage of arbitration. The course is aimed at anyone interested in investor-State arbitration but with little or no exposure to this area. It would be especially useful for government officials or those who are currently involved in or expect to be involved in an ICSID proceeding.
