On June 3, 2005, ICSID will be hosting, at the Washington, D.C. headquarters of the World Bank, the 8th Biennial Conference of the International Federation of Commercial Arbitration Institutions (IFCAI). Established in 1985, IFCAI now consists of 64 member organizations worldwide, which include all major international arbitration institutions.
The Conference, jointly organized by IFCAI and ICSID, will be dedicated to the topic of "Key Current Issues in International Arbitration: State Parties, Party Autonomy, Interim Measures, Conflicts of Interest." More information on the Conference is provided below.
