Young ICSID is delighted to announce the first cohort of its Regional Delegates, selected following a robust response to a call for expressions of interest and a competitive interview process with a shortlisted group of outstanding candidates.
To further promote international investment and broaden access to knowledge on investment arbitration, Young ICSID has expanded its global reach through eight Regional Groups, each represented by two or three Regional Delegates and coordinated by the Young ICSID Steering Committee.
Here are the 2026 Young ICSID Regional Delegates:
- Central Asia: Ksenia Belyaeva and Shakhzoda Tuychieva
- Europe: Charlotte Matthews, Thomas Innes, and Yael Ribco Borman
- Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean: Aracelly López and Eduardo Lobatón Guzmán
- Middle East and North Africa: Chérine Sophia Ftouki, Shay Lakhter, and Yasmin Sebah
- South America: Fabio Núñez del Prado and Nicolás E. Bianchi
- South Asia, East Asia and Pacific: Joon Won Lee and Mevelyn Ong
- Sub-Saharan Africa: Isaac Ibikunle and Paul Kimani
- U.S. and Canada: Craig D. Gaver, Lena Raxter, and Nicolás Caballero Hernández
