An Introduction to ICSID Process​

The ICSID Secretariat will be offering a one-day primer on practice and procedure in ICSID Convention Arbitration. Secretary-General Meg Kinnear will take the participants through the workings of the ICSID system and assist them in understanding the process at each stage of arbitration. The course is aimed at anyone interested in investor-State arbitration but with little or no exposure to this area. It would be especially useful for government officials or those who are currently involved in or expect to be involved in an ICSID proceeding.
