Lindsay Gastrell, Legal Counsel, will present at the 2015 session of the Arbitration Academy, to be held in Paris from June 29 to July 17.
The Arbitration Academy offers students and young practitioners a program of advanced courses in international arbitration and investment law designed and taught by leading experts in these fields. ICSID staff has participated in every session of the Academy, presenting on topics such as the notion of "investment" and consent to ICSID jurisdiction.
