Alicia Martín Blanco is Senior Legal Counsel on one of the Case Management Teams. Ms. Martín Blanco joined ICSID in July 2011.
Prior to joining ICSID, she worked as an attorney with the law firm of B. Cremades & Asociados in Madrid, Spain.
Ms. Martín Blanco holds degrees from Queen Mary University of London (LL.M.), University Carlos III of Madrid (Law Degree) and University Pontificia Comillas (B.A.).
She speaks English and Spanish.
