February 8, 2023	The Secretary-General suspends the proceedings for non-payment pursuant to ICSID Administrative and Financial Regulation 16(2)(b).
May 18, 2023	The Acting Secretary-General issues a procedural order for the discontinuance of the proceeding for lack of payment pursuant to ICSID Administrative and Financial Regulation 16(2)(c).
