Ricardo Marroquín is a Legal Counsel in one of the Case Management Teams. Mr. Marroquín joined ICSID in July 2025. 

Prior to joining ICSID, he worked as a senior associate at Von Wobeser y Sierra in Mexico City (2022-2025) and as an Assistant Legal Counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration at The Hague (2021-2022).

Mr. Marroquín holds an LL.M in International Dispute Settlement from The Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies and the University of Geneva (MIDS) and an LL.B from the Tecnológico de Monterrey. He also holds a Master’s Degree from the Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey. 

He speaks English and Spanish.
