Rachel Evangelista is the Centre’s Conference Assistant.

Ms. Evangelista joined ICSID in January 2019, then rejoined in September 2022 as part of the Hearings and Events Team.

Prior to her current role at ICSID, she was with the IBRD under the Chief Risk Office Market & Counterparty Risk Department.  She also worked as the Senior Credit Operations Officer for Chevron Philippines, Inc. and Manager (Risk Management and Control Department) for ABN AMRO Bank Manila.

Ms. Evangelista holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City.

She is fluent in English and Tagalog.
