Luz Regina Osuna Aguirre is a Paralegal on one of the Case Management Teams.

Ms. Osuna Aguirre joined ICSID in 2025.

Prior to joining ICSID, she gained legal experience at international law firms such as Mayer Brown and DLA Piper, and served as an arbitration clerk at González de Cossio Abogados, assisting tribunals in both commercial and investment arbitration cases.

Ms. Osuna Aguirre holds an LL.B. from Universidad Panamericana.

She speaks Spanish, English, and Japanese.
