Laura Arboleda Gutiérrez is a Legal Counsel in one of the Case Management Teams.

Ms. Arboleda Gutiérrez joined ICSID in September 2025. She has over seven years of experience in international arbitration, strategic litigation, and institutional reform. Prior to joining ICSID, she worked with international law firms including Arnold & Porter in London and Dechert LLP in Paris, where she participated in commercial and investment arbitration proceedings as counsel and as secretary or assistant to arbitral tribunals.

Ms. Arboleda Gutiérrez previously served at the Colombian National Agency for Legal Defense of the State and the Constitutional Court.

She holds a Master of Public Policy from the London School of Economics and a law degree with a minor in History from Universidad de los Andes (Colombia). She has also completed programs at the Hague Academy of International Law and Université Paris X Nanterre.

Ms. Arboleda Gutiérrez is admitted to practice in Colombia and speaks Spanish, English, and French.
