Julie Bloch is the Special Assistant-Associate Counsel.
Ms. Bloch joined ICSID in April 2025.
Prior to joining ICSID, she worked as an International Arbitration Associate at B. Cremades & Asociados in Madrid, Spain (2019-2025).
Ms. Bloch holds degrees from New York University School of Law (LL.M. in International Legal Studies), Cornell Law School (J.D. with a specialization in International Legal Affairs and a concentration in Public Law) and Tufts University (B.A. in International Relations and French Literature and M.A. in French Literature). She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
Ms. Bloch speaks English, French and conversational Spanish.
