Cesar Gordillo is an Information Technology Analyst, Information Systems Management Services.

Mr. Gordillo joined ICSID in July 2025.

Prior to joining ICSID, he worked for more than 15 years in digital collaboration, SharePoint development, and content governance within the World Bank Group. He most recently supported the International Finance Corporation’s Legal Department, where he led SharePoint solutions, implemented business process automation, and trained teams on best practices in records management.

Mr. Gordillo holds a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Maryland (B.S.) with a concentration in Database Management. He is certified as an Oracle database Administrator and a Knowledge Management practitioner from the KM Institute.

He speaks English and Spanish.
