Appointment of Acting Secretary-General

Following the resignation of Roberto Dañino, Scott White has been appointed as Acting Vice President and General Counsel of the World Bank and Acting Secretary-General of ICSID as of February 1, 2006. Margrete Stevens will serve as Acting Lead Counsel for ICSID.
