Grand River Enterprises Six Nations, Ltd., et al. v. United States of America NAFTA/UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules Proceeding

The hearing on the merits in the Grand River Enterprises Six Nations, Ltd., et al. v. United States of America case, scheduled to take place from Monday, June 22, 2009 through Wednesday, July 1, 2009, has been postponed. The new dates for the hearing will be available on the ICSID website in due course.

This case has been initiated under Chapter Eleven of the NAFTA and is governed by the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. ICSID is administering the proceedings in this case. The parties had agreed to make the hearing open to the public, except for those parts which involve confidential matters.
